Returns for in-store purchases are for exchange or store credit only and must be made within 15 days of purchase, accompanied by your receipt. Clearance items, custom pieces, special orders, and altered pieces, including ring sizing are final sale. All returned merchandise must be unworn, and in its original condition, with original packaging. We reserve the right to deny credit if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.

We offer complimentary repairs on most gold/platinum jewelry within 6 months of purchase date, however, repairs are assessed on a case-by-case basis. After six months, we will review the damage, and contact you with an estimated cost for the repair. Please keep your original receipt.

Each piece is thoroughly inspected by our expert jewelers before it enters our showcase, but in the unlikely event that you happen to lose or break a gemstone, we will work with you to find a replacement for a fair price. We offer free setting checks and recommend that you use this service every few months to ensure that this doesn't happen. We also recommend using our in-house, professional appraisal service in order to have your new jewelry insured.

Jewelry purchased online can be returned (unworn and in the original packaging) within 15 days of delivery for an exchange or refund. Custom pieces, including rings altered to your size are final sale.
All costs for insured return shipments are the responsibility of the customer.
Village Jewelry is not responsible for lost or damaged packages during the return shipment process.
